Everything was amazing. Great sub! The classic Italian grilled on white, small fresh cut fries and the chocolate chip cookie and fresh squeezed lemonade. Everything was exactly what I was hoping for, which is rare these days.

The cheese steaks sandwich never fails here. Still one of the best ones in town. Not to mention the prices are not going to break the bank. Yesterday, our small family ate at Five Guys it cost us $19 for 2 hot dogs with no drinks no fries. I was shocked and told my friend that I'll be selling hot dogs if I want to get rich ?

The food is good, but all of the flies were gross. There was a drain fly on the lemonade machine and 6 fruit flies just on the picture above our table as well as more flying around.

The food is a nice step up from your typical fast food. Everything always tastes fresh and those fries are so freaking good!!!
Also appreciate that the condiments & beverages are always stocked.
The only two issues I have here are how slow it can get and how freaking cold the AC is set at inside. Took over 20 minutes to get my order last time.

The North Olmsted Penn Station is the BEST!!!!!! No other can compare to the way you cook and serve your food. I have gone to other Penn Stations and have been disappointed.

Unfortunately this review is purely based off service. The service standards was not inviting at all, therefore I did not have the opportunity to eat.
I walked into the restaurant as I was visiting in the area and based off a recommendation. As I walked in, a young lady working behind the register and taking inventory, rudely took my order. There was no eye contact, just plain rude.
After paying, I had a question about my order and I actually wanted to speak with the guy making my order; however she interrupted and rudely made comment. I specifically asked him because I did not want on speak to her.
After speaking to the manager, she apologized on behalf of the employee.
