Terrible news and don't put enough meat on the sandwiches they been lost my business must be the recent manager she's Terrible at customer service
This is my first time at this penn station, and I haven’t even gotten my food yet, and I hear a worker by the name of “Jordan” start judging my order right in front of me to his other coworker, calling it weird, etc. This is so unprofessional, and I will not be coming back here.

Horrible experience and even worst service. I had a pickup order placed on Uber Eats and when I arrived to pick up my food they gave it to someone else. Ok fine mistakes happen but instead of owning up to it and remaking my order they said they ain’t giving away free food and said to contact Uber Eats . FOR THEIR MISTAKE. It’s your responsibility to make sure the right person gets their food. And then make me stand there and call customer service and not help me is unbelievable. And then when I decided to reorder the manager told me to leave cuz I was upset. Of course I’m upset you gave someone else the food I paid for and refused to help me. AVOID AT ALLL COSTS HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND SERVICE

I have been going to this specific location since the day it opened. It has always been a 5 star for us, quality has stayed excellent, service is exceptional and it’s the wonderful humans you have on your team that truly provide the experience-it’s what sets you apart from other establishments (the food speaks for itself-delicious!). Anywhere can offer the best food on the planet but it’s the crew who keep your doors open and Penn Station got it right! There is no big CEO or corporate. It’s just the owners and their wonderful amazing staff.
I can draw one conclusion as to why they are so invested in serving their customers in a long nutshell- when you feel valued, are paid a living wage, feel appreciated: you perform better…. as a person who’s been in the industry for way too many years, you can spot an employee that’s struggling to do their best and get through the day, versus someone who is genuinely happy to be there.
Jordan GM- shout to you!
Other GM going to Rocky River- you rock and you’ll do wonderful!
Crew- also shout out to you! Best group of peeps and they’re lucky to have you!
Penn Station owners- thank you for not being a corporate CEO person- we don’t want another McDonald’s video situation (that was embarrassing 😳)
When other restaurants continue to raise prices and reduce quality, Penn Station stands out to me as a staple in the communities in which they service. They care about their guests. They have standards and values and are willing to keep it that way.
This is a long novel of a post but this is something that makes a huge impact in this crazy world; where sometimes all we have to brighten our day in these crazy times is to go into a restaurant and sit and enjoy food- It’s become a luxury to do it and a lot of choices out there. If you want to survive as a business, follow Penn Station’s example to your community and get on board. There a lot of competition out there!
We will gladly give them money to feed us and make us walk into a positive environment as much as we can afford it!

I've been regular at this Penn Station for a long time. It's a great fast food sub and ordering online ahead of time your food is almost always done at the time they designate. If you order in the store it does take awhile and depending on the crew working there you'll sometimes need to flag someone down to help you. Overall I've enjoyed coming here for years and would recommend to anyone who likes a hot sub.

Ashley is so polite & sweet.
I love their limited time ghost pepper cheese for my cheesesteaks. Add their hot mustard and you're in for a fiery feast. Spicy and tasty. 🔥
Good lemonade and fries too. 🍟 🍋

This restaurant is the poster child for rude staff, poor service, and filth. The manager in charge at 8:15 pm on Sunday September 14th, 2025 needs to be fully re-trained in basic customer service. Unbelievably rude and totally disconnected...he would not even acknowledge anyone's existence, just completely aloof, creepy, and rude. I will never order from this restaurant again, and I will recommend strongly that no one else order from there either.
