It has always been a 5 star for us, quality has stayed excellent, service is exceptional and it’s the wonderful humans you have on your team that truly provide the experience-it’s what sets you apart from other establishments (the food speaks for itself-delicious!). I've been regular at this Penn Station for a long time. It's a great fast food sub and ordering online ahead of time your food is almost always done at the time they designate. If you order in the store it does take awhile and depending on the crew working there you'll sometimes need to flag someone down to help you. Overall I've enjoyed coming here for years and would recommend to anyone who likes a hot sub.
I love their limited time ghost pepper cheese for my cheesesteaks. Add their hot mustard and you're in for a fiery feast. Spicy and tasty. 🔥
