Dirty, nasty and down right disgusting. The service is awful to say the least, the staff all look homeless, nobody has on a clean uniform, bonnets and rags worn as hair hair coverings. I ordered two meals came up to $25 and only got half of my food. I called and asked to speak to the manager and was told they didn't have one. Never again! I don't know why I thought I should expect anything different. When you walk in it looks like a homeless shelter. Reached out to corporate and guess what? Its a joke and I can see why the company is so awful.

This was my second time coming and I waited for fresh chicken to be fried unlike the first time it was not good at all the biscuits were hard as hell it was wasted drive I won't be back

Literally waiting for the food manager giving attitude, takes them 30 minutes to cook the food

I literally just left and made it home and i realized my food was cold.....
Why did I need to pull up and wait 10 mins for cold food. On top of that half my order is incorrect. Popeyes....you really got one over on me today.
I don't know why I keep giving this location a pass.
Avoid this location at all cost.

First you messed up my order. The app clearly states what I wanted. Customized family chicken dinner. The number of different pieces that I ordered is not what I received. Nowhere does it say spicy which I ended up with. The lady at the drive thru who came blazing out the door comes back in and starts eyeballing my wife. Sorry but you aren’t that tough. In face you’re pathetic if that’s how you treat customers. The manage Demetrius, talked down at the only girl trying to complete orders. This place is a disaster. Find a better chicken place than this.

Ordered a wrap minus pickle. What the hell is this? Waited at the drive-thru window for almost 10 minutes for this, im pitching it.

We waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches, meanwhile multiple people were served in between our order. Tiffany at the register scolded us for waiting for our meals at the counter and basically told us to sit down.Then after the 30 minutes we went back to the register and low and behold! It was all sitting on a tray suddenly ready..cold...very cold
And now we are both late for work.

I don’t know how this place stays in business. Every time I go it’s either a 45 minute wait or they refuse to make the blackened tenders, which is one of the only items I can get. Today they would not make them because they were “backed up”. Yet no one was in the drive through and 2 workers were hanging around outside.

How is this store still open? Honestly has anyone ever waited less than 30 minutes? And it's not from a line of cars.. one customer and you will be subjected to half hour wait to be told they are out of chicken. How many times can this store claim to be out?

Good chicken, long waits. Never any cinnamon apple pies when I go.....

I had this place yesterday and I have a food born illness. I ended up in the ER

they didnt have the fryers or anything on at 12:30pm on a saturday. the cashier was also rude
