Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Surprise pulling up parking lot was pretty well crowded thought I had to wait but I didn’t have to wait more than six minutes for my order. Food was very good hot fresh. I recommend this Popeyes in North Olmsted First.

It’s always somthing with popeyes everyone knows it but this one in particular is terrible I tried to call for a food replacement because there power had went out yesterday night and the guy sat here and played in my face laughing like a 13 yr boy these restaurants have to understand food is money and stop serving bullshit and playing around with people food the girl answered nicely and said I can come get my food remade but just don’t come here

Went to Popeyes North Olmstead store at 6:15 on Wednesday 4/27. Store was CLOSED already at dinner time. Worst Popeyes anywhere, should shut the store for good !!

6/30/26 tried Popeyes again big mistake, girl behind the counter was very rude and short. Asked to speak to a manager and she stated that she was the manager! Wouldn't take my request so told her to forget it and went across the street to Burger King and placed a $ 26.00 order !
No wonder this location only has a 2.6 rating. KFC from now on !

I have never left a review of any restaurant but the food was so bad I felt the need to. Not only did the mess up EVERY ITEM in my order but the bun was stale and the whole order tasted AWFUL. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant in my life. If I could give this place a 0 I would. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! On another note the owner obviously uses ai to reply to reviews instead of actually solving the problems. I honestly can say I think popeyes should revoke this person's right to use their name.

This has to be the longest I’ve waited for something In my life that wasn’t even cooking. She had her phone on the counter the whole time next to the food which is a health violation. She had an attitude. Moved slower than molasses. I absolutely hate this Popeyes and I hate even doordashing because I know it’s going to be a waste of minimum 20-30 minutes. Avoid this Popeyes at all cost.

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. I went the other night at 8 pm to order food. I was with my friend who is handicapped. Upon entering the store they were mopping- floors were soaked. One of the associates? Ridley said- we should have locked the door. We went to restroom first and then came back to the counter. When we got to the counter a different worker asked if we were going to order food. Obviously that’s why we were standing at the counter. They were already waiting in a customer. When it was our turn we were not greeted at all. We stood there for ten min waiting for someone to acknowledge that we wanted to order. The two other ladies were making smart comments- no one waited on us. We ended up leaving. They were so rude. I understand cleaning up because the store closed at 9 but the counter is open until 9 so they should have waited on us. I rated the food good because it usually is but we were not able to order at all. I don’t think I will ever go there again but hopefully corporate gets word of this because that is horrible customer service!

Never order online! This place has management problems. Been here 3 times and it’s unusually slow. Yesterday, they ran the store with only one person that can work registers and serve food. I waited 1.5 hrs at the store for food that I ordered online30 minutes before. The manager never showed or left so everyone that had online orders or drive through orders were kicked out of the store while they had to fill orders with whatever they had left. I feel bad for the employees. Food was good.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. There were at least 6 employees there. The whole resturant was dirty. Trash overflowing. No ice in the machine. My order was simple. 2 tender meals, 2 biscuits, 2 Mac n Cheese. Waited almost 30 mins and had to get a refund. Food looked like ot was done and under the heat lamps but no one was doing anything. Shift manager was not directing anyone or helping. Asst manager was some dude who was more worried about if their (he/she) nails and makeup looked pretty than trying to do any work! After seeing other review this store should be closed immediately so it doesn't ruin Popeyes good reputation! Absolutely ridiculous!

Closing the store an hour and a half early so they’re “ out of everything” because it’s already put away.

Don't know why l don't learn my lesson about this chain. They take forever and it's ridiculous. There's six people waiting for orders. At least 4 people working. THEY ARE ALL RUN THE SAME.

Went there once, they were out of regular chicken tenders. I thought maybe they were just busy that day and ran out so I gave them another chance today, out again. Also, had to wait way too long for them to even come to take our order.

The day I went to this restaurant, I had to wait 15 minutes at the speaker for someone to take my order. When I was finally able - the young lady on the headset took my complete order before informing me they were only accepting cash at the moment. Slow service.... zero consideration for customers.... and this isn't the only one like this. It's. Every. Single. One. Because I went to a second Popeyes right after.... that one didn't even look like it was open, with vehicles parked in the drive-thru, and cross chat between customers blocking the exit path....edit: this location was the one with the blocked path. The first location was further down Lorain.

Food was good, staff was friendly however the wait...not so good. 30 min for fast food when using the drive thru is way too slow.
