Bought my mom a medium roman i specially told the non English speaking lady to extra toast bread and to only cut sandwich in half not three pieces she did not listen bread was gummy and soggy and cut in 3 pieces i will never return this is the worst location

one she don’t speak English very hard to understand the food was horrible. The bread was soggy for some reason. The onions were old you can see through them. Tomatoes were soggy as hell. The fries just didn’t look right. I threw them away will not be returning there and I don’t advise anybody else to go there. It was terrible and she just kept staring at me for some odd reason.

Damn shame she is handling money and food. Had to ask her to take off those nasty gloves and she gave me the stank eye!!!! Kept my eye on her the entire time!!!!! Had the nerve to look at her coworker (the silent conversation). NEVER WILL EAT HERE AGAIN!!! Gonna make a call to th3 health department! I'm sure she knows who I am!!

My recent experience personally was horrible. I ordered a romanburger and the veggies on the sandwich tasted spoiled (they might have been). The fries or the cheese sauce tasted sour. It sullied me on every ordering from this location again. I’d rather just go to a different nearby location.

The meat on my sandwich was like shoe leather. Maybe if they would have taken care of business and stop playing around my sandwich would not have had burnt edges, and my fries would not have been cool. I will not go back to that particular location on Emery and Northfield. Ordered a hot buttered cheese steak.

Seems like at some time Mr. Hero changed their meat for the worse, but not this location we got really good food with good meat and the service was great. The area is just average but the food was good and service was so good we will be back.

Came in at 8:40 and we told they were closed. However another person came in after me and they decided to service them. Veery prejudice location. Won’t ever be going back.
Tried one of the new sandwiches. Not what I expected, the steak was a little too salty for my taste. The lady behind the counter actually rolled her eyes because I was looking at the board to choose my toppings. Won't be returning to this location.
