Food was extremely tasty. The falafel was so soft and crispy at the same time and would melt in your mouth. The shawarma was extremely tasty and the best I've had for a while. The service was great too. Highly recommend for a take out.

Absolutely loved the food! Especially for the price! I got the chicken shawarma, and it was an actual shawarma! Not just a sausage like processed chunk of meat stacked on a rotating shawarma Machine! I would highly recommend their fried vegetables, their vegetables in general! They have regular and minced beef rice available.
This restaurant is like a breath of fresh air fresh air! They have a lot of local delicacies as well! Great staff, great food! I had a wonderful experience! At least 10 times better than chipotle in my opinion!

I have frequented this place for the Chicken and Ribeye Bowl and normally it is good, very filling.
This last time however, I found MULTIPLE PIECES OF HAIR in my food. 3 fork-fulls in and threw it out, completely disgusted.
I have eaten worse; however I lived in the Middle East when i did so. I should not be subjected to worse service in the United States. ✌🏿
I am not from this part of town and was looking for some healthy food for lunch. Stopped at Pita Potle because it was an easy on and off of I-480. Mediterranean is one of my favorite foods and Pita Potle was right up there with the best in Cleveland. The falafel pita was outstanding. Great selection of options for the pita and it was all very fresh. Service was very good.

The portion sizes changed. It’s much smaller for the same price. Also the salads are not made the same as before and I now have to pay for the pita chips that used to come with the salads.

I was going to get takeout until I noticed they changed the containers. They want you to pay regular price for a smaller portion. Not worth it anymore and I really love their food. The stuffed grape leaves used to be good but today they didn't taste fresh. Y'all lost a loyal customer with this move. The cashier said they changed owners & the new owners don't care about the fact that your paying regular price for a smaller container. I used to be able to eat off this for 2 days beceuse of the large portion. Not no more.

Im a 50 yr old black male and I usually stop at this place for food but today while making my bowl the owner got mad at me because i said something to him about touching his phone and then touching the rice in my bowl with the same hands!!! He got mad and threw the rice all over the counter and then threw the bowl and said he's not serving me. I told him he needs to get himself together as a man Cause he was nasty looking and handled food disgustingly!!! Never spending another dime in this place!!! Didn’t know Mediterranean people were this nasty!!!
