The service here is horrible. Their fountain machine is broken so they was not substituting the bottle drink and was trying to charge me separately for each item for the combo meal. They was overcharging me. That will be my last visit..

#stolen #subway #theft 9/6/2025 5408 Northfield Rd, Maple Heights, OH Online order. Order wasn't ready when I came in for pick up. After waiting for MY turn she asked if I could wait another 5 minutes so she could prepare the order for the person that came in BEHIND me. While standing there I witnessed gnat flies all over the store. It was gross and I no longer cared for my order to be made. I told the girl to cancel. She said I have to do it through the app. Can't get a phone number to actually speak to someone other then the store, which they can't help. Subway just stole my money and I am NOT EVER going back to any of them by choice. Now theyre messing around saying they sebt a message to the restaurant. Im getting just arun around of bullshit

Dont bother ordering online. Makes no difference. The past 3 times I have ordered ahead because I dont have a long lunch Ive still had to wait 10 minutes on top of the 20 for pick up time... Someone should revoke their online ordering privileges

Ngl don’t come here if you’re looking for to have a decent meal, the service is decent. The food on the other hand tastes like it was sitting out for a long time. Even with the sub put in the oven the food was terrible. Don’t think of trying the cookies, if u were expecting a nice warm soft cookie, they are hard. The machine is old and not taken care of, as soon as I sipped my sprite I threw it out because it was water, you know when your let pop sit for a day with ice…… that’s how my sprite taste.
