I ordered a soft combo meal however when I proceeded to get my drink the soda machine was out and the drink was watered down. I asked for a refund and the staff informed me that they didn’t know how to refund my credit card. They did nothing to try and help me and I was stuck with a meal that I no longer wanted it because I was unable to get my soda. The customer service worker stood there and refused to give me any type of compensation and didn’t know how to refund my credit card. Needless to say, I will never be back there again.

Don't know why they even post late night hours. This is probably the 5th time I have experienced this.You sit in lone for 10 to 15 minutes (minimum) only to be told that it's "door dash" only. Why even keep this store open if they can't accommodate actual customers??? 😒 Very frustrating and inconvenient.

This place is a piece of garbage first off the drinks are either always wrong,nasty or half full. The tacos either don’t be loaded, missing ingredients & the shells be stale and hard as Diddy in jail Currently. This place is pathetic! Even the cinnamon chips taste like DAWN dish soap… the donut balls aren’t even balls! They are just hard lava rocks, u have to be kidding me! Lock this place up and shove the keys right up yall 🍑 I had to re roll cs it blew my high completely!

Cleanliness is clearly not a priority. Dining area, bathrooms, and even the front counter was messy. Bathroom was utterly disgusting—no soap and filthy floors and toilet. Please do better. Food was acceptable.
They are very rude gave us someone else’s order, then we went back to get our order and they swore up and down it was the right order. We didn’t have chips or cheese with our meal. We were missing tacos. They threw the chips and cheese and another bag, which had two bags but only one chips spilled all over the bottom, The sauce has old sauce all over them very messy, very unprofessional! Too worried about being outside smoking that other peoples cars. I know it’s fast food, but damn have some pride in your job never again.

The men's room soap dispenser has been empty/broken for months. That is really disgusting since their food is supposed to be eaten with your hands. In fact, not providing soap in a workplace restroom IS an OSHA violation. I will check back in a week to see if it has been addressed if not this location is getting reported to OSHA.
