Landed in Cleveland late on a Sunday night and we were starving but at midnight there are limited options. We navigated to this Taco Bell and there was a horrible line but we were committed, when we finally got to the window we learned that they had 2 EE call-offs and were only 2 strong in the kitchen. We thought it was looking pretty grim but, as aforementioned, we were committed. We had to pull around and park to wait with others and one of the gentlemen from inside began bouncing...
I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY ALWAYS TRY TO GIVE ME OLD POTATOES...THEY TRIED IT, AND I SIT AT THE WINDOW UNTIL THEY SEE ME SO I CAN HAND IT BACK AND WAIT ON A FRESH BATCH. ALL I WANTED WAS SOME POTATO TACOS?
The service at this location was the worst I have had at any Taco Bell location. The girl working the drive through was either having a very bad day, or she strongly dislikes her job.
