The cashier was nice, would've rated higher if they got our order right. Emailed customer service since we were charged for something we didn't receive, we were told they don't handle that.
Staff was great and seemed to work well together. They took my order for four subs and waffle fries, made the food, and I was back out the door quickly. Everything in the order was perfect, even with special requests on each sandwich. The whole place looked clean, including the restroom. Excellent experience!
Ordered thru Doordash, was shorted and order of waffer fries and cheese. When I called the establishment they said that I could come get my missed items. I was not able to ( hence ordering thru Doordash). So I asked them to just reimburse my payment. They said they can't and they will put me on a list and I can get a free fry and cheese.
