Today my mom and I had the opportunity to be served by a team member name Savaria. (Sorry if I misspelled your name) I wanted to take the time out to say thank you! I just picked my mom up from the hospital in Lorain when we decided to stop to get Starbucks on our way back to Akron. Savaria was so kind, sweet, gentle voice, and had excellent customer service. The staff are always super nice and energetic but the drinks are hardly ever made right or they taste watered down. I find myself having to drive 3 miles further to a different Starbucks location because I know my drink at this one is never going to taste good.
