This store is poorly managed, and has been for years. Go to any of the other nearly stores (Elyria, Avon, North Olmsted), they do not have the problems that this store has with wrong food, missing food etc. I live in North Ridgeville, so I keep giving this store a chance. This time, I ordered a Sour Cream & Chive baked potato. I also specifically ordered 2 butters. I get it, just a dry potato, no sour cream with it, no butters. I'm already home. I have nothing to put...
The food didn’t look like the add, I ordered a taco salad and there wasn’t any taco chips in it barley any tomatoes or cheese it was very skimpy. The chili was cool and didn’t brake up the ground meat.
The food was as we ordered and the service was great.
