Drove by it and decided to grab a pie. Amazing. The cook on the cheese is top notch. One of my favorite pies in northeast ohio
I had been using them for years, lately their service has gone downhill. Ordered food at 330pm with order number 2, at 520pm the food still wasn't here. Manager rudely told me to be patient and that it has "just left." At 550 when I called back the manager scolded me not to call and that it had again "just left." Driver showed up at close to 630pm. Driver was professional.
I recently had a party catered on 4/13/24 by the North Royalton location. I just want to start off by saying everything was great! From the time I ordered it a week prior and working with Tina, to the delivery service being on time and the food hot and ready. Wonderful service! People were raving about the food, especially the fried chicken. We were a little bit past their delivery area, but they still delivered to us.
