Sooo slow! Not even at peak rush times.Last time I was missing my Crunchwrap.. and ended up with 4 soggy tacos. And sauce on an item I didn’t want it on. Now I got my Crunchwrap.. but somehow inherited a second Mexican pizza? And not asked if I wanted sauce or not.. which you would think would be a routine thing for Taco Bell…I mean it’s fast food.. I’m not looking for gourmet..but it’s gotten worse in the last year or two. It’s always been a 15 + wait in drive thru. The cashier was wearing gloves to take my money.. but then see him rub his nose with the glove (even if just the Side of his hand).. and not change them while I was waiting.

I was expecting a wait because it was dinner time but I only had two cars in front of me and I still waited for over half hour. And I’ve only been there twice and this is the second time it’s been a very, very long wait. In the back, you heard an older woman, just talking to the staff like a conversation, all I was thinking was do you want Friends or do you wanna make sure this establishment runs smoothly? There was a slender tall guy who took the money and gave the food, and he seemed like he wanted to hurry everybody else up. And he was also there the first time I came so kudos to him. I think someone should promote him. I’m probably take whoever was in the back out of their job just saying.

This location has gone down hill in the past year and if you look at the recent reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way.If you go at night, expect a 45 minutes drive through wait. That's not an exaggeration. Cars routinely leave the drive thru because they can't wait that long, I myself have on multiple occasions. They are so severely understaffed I feel bad for the employees. Management is clearly trying to save a buck by understaffing, but not realizing they are shooting themselves in the foot.Because they are so understaffed the food quality is also going down hill. The beans are always dry, the tortillas are not even heated up and just served raw. The frying oil is so dirty, you can taste it on the food. They routinely forget items.This used to be my go to Taco Bell as I live really close, but now I travel to the one on pleasant valley and Broadview because the quality and wait times are much more reasonable.Management: you are failing miserably and clearly aren't capable of running even a halfway decent fast food location. Hire extra help because you are running this location into the ground. Corporate might need to step in.

Lol The lights be off some nights, making it look like they closed, but they're not. Now the line could be long, but you know what's going on. When it's that late, we waiting for our food.

Not only will they get your order wrong, but you will have to pay with cash only and wait an extra 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. Also don't even think you'll be getting the mild sauce you asked for, but thank God for that free taco coupon!

We ordered food at 1:30 it wasn’t busy at all and our order still wasn’t ready at 3:00. I am normally an understanding person but 1:30 hours for tacos that we never even got is unacceptable.

Check everything you get. Any time i have a special request or add something to an item. They charge extra and never add it. Had it added for 4 items this time and neither had what i paid more for. Updated to 1 star now. They prioritized doordash orders rather then people in drivethru during lunch time. Was literally the only one in the drivethru and was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes due to doordash orders. Done with this location.

I recently placed an order with Taco Bell and unfortunately, they once again made errors with my order. This recurring issue is quite disappointing and reflects poorly on their service. It is truly a disgrace that such mistakes continue to occur. I strongly urge Taco Bell to improve their order accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
