I get it was late night. I ordered 2 steak quesaritos. They switched the meat which was great but no rice. Whomp whomp for me.
Food is so inconsistent and half the time its cold. Pleasant Valley location is so much better. Faster, better food quality, more options. My order is complete and consistently good everytime
The employees did good for the situation they were left in. Management needs to help with staffing.

Conversely, a customer had a bad experience when their veggie bowl was served with large pieces of chicken, which was upsetting for a strict vegetarian and led to the decision never to order again.
