“Just had a great dinner. The best food we have had in a long time. Mushroom Carbonara for my wife, Japanese sea bass for me. Delicious, we had beef tartare for appetizer. Great service. Even the manager was bussing tables (which to me a sign of a well run place where everyone does what it takes). Good job.“

I was not at all expecting to have a steak this good. I can normally pick apart a steak but literally nothing on the plate was anything short of perfect. The potatoes were next level.

Wine list could use a tune-up and offer more choices under $75/bottle. Flour is fairly casual dining with a wine list featuring wines at prices more suited to a fine dining restaurant.“
