Decent Chipotle. Decently friendly staff. Food was typical Chipotle, nothing too special. I'd probably go here again if I were in the area.

The service is usually fine enough, but the food… I found an actual bone in my last chicken burrito. It was sharp and could’ve broken my tooth or cut me. Now when I even think of chipotle I feel sick. My husband hasn’t liked it for a while from how downhill quality has gone. Today my son wanted a burrito from there so I stopped by to get him one, Chipotle has always been his favorite. He was gagging from all of the chewy and hard pieces in his chicken, and he found a stem to something as well. He had a tortilla filled with inedible mystery bites covered in sour cream. I don’t think he will ever ask for chipotle again. Be careful that you know what you’re actually biting into and watch your children, because I’d consider their food hazardous at this point…. Also stale chips.

We dined in on Saturday,July 19 Approx 230-3 pm. There were 4 in our group. We ate chips, guacamole, 2 of us had bowls 1 person had a burrito and another a salad. We tried to get iced tea but it was not out in the dispenser area and the lemonade was empty too. The food has some flavor and the portions were large. The chips and entrée were too salty. As for service they
seemed to be fully staffed. Not super friendly here in Norton. The tables,counters were not clean as well as the floors. None of us used the restrooms. The glass doors and windows were covered with finger prints. I cant recommend due to cleanliness factor.

Portion sizes are tiny for how much they charge. They skimp out on meat portions and rice portions leaving you with 1/3rd of the bowl full.

The dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been in
Mud on the floors,straw wrappers and napkins on the floor. Tables all needed cleaned off,Yuk....toilet paper empty and waste baskets overflowing in the restrooms . Looks like a 5th grader washed the windows ...most were covered in hand prints. Trash in the parking lot ....Easy fixes with just a little bit of work ... attention to detail

This was the last location locally to not try to skimp meat portions but it’s finally happening. I advise everyone to weigh your meat and you’ll notice they are giving 2-3 ounces instead of the advertised 4. In the past going all the way back to 2007 you could ask for a little extra meat without being nickeled and dimed to death. Now you will be met by a child with an attitude gaslighting you by saying they already gave a full portion and anything more would be double meat. It’s one thing to say no and it’s another to tell a bold face lie. My family will no longer be returning to any of the chipotles stores and I recommend everyone else vote with their wallet before your portions shrink any further. You can Google chipotle portions and see they are being sue by their shareholders for being dishonest about these practices and the stock dropping as a result.

Ordered a chicken bowl for my daughter and found multiple Bay leaves in the food. This was after she took a bite and started chewing and gagged on it. I sent emails through the website and app to customer support and have not heard anything for almost 2 weeks. They need to do a better job at making sure things like this or not in their food for people to consume

We have a Chipotle 2 minutes away but we drive out of our way to this Chipotle. Food is always good, restaurant is clean, friendly staff.

The last 3 times, I have ordered from this location, it has been awful. First time, wrong item. Second time, terribly cooked and innedible. Today, a giant piece of plastic in my buritto, tried calling but call wouldnt go through
