Chipotle is always a go. Sometimes the food is fantastic and sometimes it’s just average but still always taste good chipotle always gets five stars for me.

Went here during the great wadsworth power outage. Staff was visibly flustered (I guess they were getting the wadsworth DoorDash orders as well), but overall very nice and positive!

Ordered the top Steak burrito . Wasn't tender as they advertise . Nothing but veins....very displeased

Spent $55 to receive 4 half empty bowls. Extremely disappointing. I know the cost of everything is going up, but that's already being passed to the consumer with the price increases. We should at least get the amount we are used to if we had to spend $5.85 for double steak

I have never order at a chipotle before, so I didn't know i got 3 sides with a quesadilla, so I only got 2. It would have been nice of the staff to let me know that as I did tell them I have never ordered at chipotle before. The portions were very low for the protein and the food was so spicy my nose was running. I mean, it's ok food as long as you have a head cold and need to clear your sinuses! Staff could be more helpful.

Always had a good experience but tonight just was not the best. My quesadilla didn’t have the top part of the quesadilla when i opened the lid up so all you see is chicken and cheese and a tortilla on the bottom, The guacamole is not mashed up It’s all big chunks. Also forgot my chips and the chips for the kids meal and my side that was by the bag and everyone was being so slow it was chaotic. Im kinds disappointed.

Another food place with the worst service I've ever experienced and I wasn't even getting food. I was supposed to pick a order up for doordash and they asked me for the name about 5 minutes after I was standing there, after I gave them the name they didn't do absolutely anything about it or even communicate with me if they were preparing it or if it would be ready soon. Nothing at all. Another 5 minutes goes by and still no communication whatsoever with them they just stared at me and did nothing about my order. Whole place is trash, the food, the service and the atmosphere in that whole building. Good thing I don't contribute to the trash that stays on service some how. Don't expect any respect from me anytime I enter the building cause ya get what ya give out. Hope the customer puts in a bad review on your location as well because they were gonna cancel there order after what I told them you put me through while waiting then get this her food wasn't even started being prepared after the 10 or so minutes of waiting HA!!!! Want better service just don't go here! Plain and simple.

Norton’s Chipotle is honestly the best location I have ever visited! Every time I pick food up the staff is so incredibly friendly & personable. The portion sizes are 12/10. The dining area / kitchen is always so clean. I recommend this location to everyone. I swear I leave with a smile on my face every time! Thanks Norton Chipotle for being so amazing!! Keep doing you!!
