They normally have good pizza or Gionino bread but this order was burnt. I ordered two large Gio breads and it was not appealing and dry because it was over cooked and burnt cheese.
First and second photos are what we received and the third is from their website, not the same at all.

Good food but this location specifically does NOT deserve anybody business. Customer service is standard and these clowns are just that. A cruel, unsettling carnival crew. Please go to gionino's wadsworth.

Way overpriced!! Especially the chicken an jo,s.plus the chicken pieces were awfully small a giant ripoff for what it costs! Upper Crust in Barberton is way way better . Pizza is ok but way pricey than others...There are other places around the area that has better prices on their chicken and pizza and is just as good. Won't be back to Gioninnos until they lower the cost.

The Norton location is NEVER open. It's 6PM on a Tuesday, and they are closed. What the hell??? If ONE location wants to close shop, then the others wneed to to offer free delivery.

Hands down one of my favorite pizza places. Everything I've ever had from here has been great. The staff has always been friendly to me. Gioninos is definitely my go-to place to go for pizza.

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free cauliflower crust.

This location has changed policies that go against the corporate way of doing things. They claim they can't do any substitutions, but I can verify that Gioninoes can and will do substitutions, but as others have said, this location has a rude and stubborn manager/owner. Go to the location out in Ellet, they treat their customers like they are truly appreciative of them. Keep in mind that while I don't order from Gioninoes very frequently, it is at least once a month...I chose this location this time because I was going to be right down the street, but I changed my mind after talking with their employee on the phone, who would not provide a name and seemed irritated that someone called his store. [Edit 8/28/23: it is Gioninos, quality matches other locations. Expensive but sometimes worth the splurge. Still wont do substitutions as far as I know, but otherwise seems a but more customer friendly than they were in the original review]

Wont even deliver a pizza 2 miles for an extra 10$ because they would rather take the drivers tip money . The owner needs to rethink his business strategy.
