The kitchen closed at 725??
Spoke to a young kid that was rude and couldn't speak English, after asking to speak to a manager because I was told they don't deliver to the city they said they would, she was extremely rude and didn't seem to care what I had to say. She kept saying I don't care and ended the call with im hanging up...
And hung up
I guess customer service is long gone for this place

Pizzas always delious and the chicken tender meal is tasty and a good price. It's only 3 tenders but with the jojos and coleslaw it's the perfect amount. Only thing is the Norton location doesn't have boneless wings.

Food is decent but so not try to order from here during the morning/afternoon. The employees don't want to be there and will do anything to try to make you not ordering. Worst service ever

Ordered a buffalo pizza, received a plain chicken white pizza… called and they said they can’t do anything to remedy.. very disappointed in service, and now understand all the bad reviews.

They normally have good pizza or Gionino bread but this order was burnt. I ordered two large Gio breads and it was not appealing and dry because it was over cooked and burnt cheese.
First and second photos are what we received and the third is from their website, not the same at all.

Good food but this location specifically does NOT deserve anybody business. Customer service is standard and these clowns are just that. A cruel, unsettling carnival crew. Please go to gionino's wadsworth.
