This location has changed policies that go against the corporate way of doing things. They claim they can't do any substitutions, but I can verify that Gioninoes can and will do substitutions, but as others have said, this location has a rude and stubborn manager/owner. Go to the location out in Ellet, they treat their customers like they are truly appreciative of them. Their pizza is nothing like all the other chains. It taste great and they have a white pizza that is to die for. Try it if you are looking for something different than a regular pizza.
