I came in today for the first time, I've driven by this place countless times and decided to try it out for breakfast.
The people who work here are all friendly, they greeted me and were attentative. I didn't hear anybody else next to me talk politics as previous reviewers stated but those regulars may not have shown while I was here.
I had pancakes with pecans(you can also add blueberries and walnuts), which I will say is a plus as most diners don't offer this. The food was good and filling, they don't make portions small. And I could tell it was all home made and not food made pre-packaged/mixed from big box retailers.
I would say the only down side is the size of the restaurant, it is very small and not accommodating to large groups. There are only two booths and three or four smaller tables and the counter. I went by myself so it wasn't an issue but if you have a large family or a group of friends/co-workers this place won't be suitable.
The prices were fair, and you get plenty of food for the price. I recommend if you are a local, it has a cozy and authentic small town feel you don't find much of anymore.

Sausage gravy and biscuits way to salty. Bacon undercooked. Eggs slimy. Potatoes burnt. And way to expensive. The only good thing was our service and the coffee and milk. Not recommended unless you wanna waist $50 for breakfast that did not get eaten.

Very friendly and pleasant restaurant staff. Very welcoming. Breakfast was not as hot (temp)as I would expect. So it was not very enjoyable as a result. It is a good neighborhood restaurant to meet up with friends.

Fair at best.

Cute little place, wonderful staff. Except the loud group at the counter that talked about trump. Appear to be regulars. They do not have indoor voices. Probably wont be back.

Good food, burger was delicious, staff was great. This is a family owned dinner. Don't let the outside fool you, VERY clean inside. If you want a hometown experience this is the place to go.

Someone was definitely smoking in the building. It's a small building. Dog on both bench in dining room. Not a service dog. Paint peeling from walls. Rear door blocked with bar.
