I've been coming to this Marcos for quite some time. Even when I didn't live in the Barberton/Norton area, I was coming here because it was the closest one. The staff is always very friendly and the food is always very consistent. Which unfortunately, I cannot say for every Marcos.

The food is always amazing & your employees are great. One thing that makes me very uncomfortable is that every time I pay in store I am prompted to tip for picking up my own food & occasionally asked by your staff “& it’s going to ask you something on the screen”. Please pay your employees who work hard to bring your business to life a livable wage so that inside staff isn’t reliant on tips. It’s not fair to push your employees earnings on customers, especially those who choose to carryout with things as expensive as they are right now.
