Went specifically for the Grinch meal which they said they had and when we got to the window had messed our order up so bad we waited in line for 10 minutes when they told us they didn't have the Grinch salt and everything was cold. Tried to help them fix our order and no one would listen to us. We'll never go back.

Food was good, fries a little cold. I double checked my order before leaving & discovered I didn't get one of my sandwiches, went in & the manager made it right & apologized.

This location sucks. There are only a very few employees who are friendly and deliver quality service. There is an extremely rude/grumpy older woman who works the drive-thru at night. Every time I come to get caramel coffee, she never puts the caramel flavor in it but still charges me for the extra. The morning crew is good, but the evening crew needs major work. I’m really getting sick of paying for bad quality coffee with no flavor and having it served to me with attitude.

Ordered 2 mcdoubkes from drive through half way home realized they gave me reg burgers went back they put an abnormally large amount of ketchup which was blantly obvious which got tossed. 12$ down the drain

Went through the drive through and two cars how came up to the other speaker was able to get their order and greeted before me, I pull up to the first window and told them they skipped me twice and he proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t his lane and that there was someone else who does lane 1. You can at least acknowledge my vehicle so we know you seen us
