Norton Pizza Hut was running a special, $2.00 personal pan pizza's, so we ordered 4 of them. They were absolutely horrible! 80% of the pizza had no sauce or cheese, and the edges were burnt. They had no crunch to the crust at all and the taste was just awful! If they are going to run a special it should be the same quality as any other day. We will never order from this location again. Extremely disappointing and just awful taste and quality!

2 out of 3 times I order cheesebread with bacon im given reg bread sticks. BE CAREFUL VERIFY YOUR ORDER BEFORE U HEAD HOME OR WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
I work 14hr shift over the road the last thing I hate is to waste gas time etc to go back n swap the order over n over 😒

Everytime I order with the app I order extra sauce. never do I get extra sauce, if I order from Monroe falls its a perfect pizza . if I order from Norton never is there extra sauce. for the love of God put some sauce on my pizza please!

Honestly I left a bad review due to terrible customer service at first however, they fixed the order and offered me a free dinner box the second time around. They were very apologetic and honestly think it was just a mistake. I personally like their pizza and this was the first time I had a mistake, I’m glad they fixed it so my review is good!

I’m a loyal customer but won’t go there anymore. They fumbled my online order several times when I was picking it up then was subjected to an older women chastising me when clarifying my order with “Alright Alright Alright”. Why pay premium price and provide a tip then go pick it up myself to be treated like that? Great food but rude service ruined for me…lots of other nearby choices.
