I got two footlongs and two of the new pepperoni dippers. Sabrina was serving me and almost gave me two cups of ranch instead of chipotle which is what comes with the pepperoni dippers, then as she is shoving everything into a small bag because she didn’t feel like getting a bigger one the chipotle sauce cup falls to the floor, she picked it up and proceeded to put it back in my bag. I came to subway to have a nice clean easy meal and my sauce is on the floor definitely in appropriate and rude and I don’t know if I’ll ever come back to this one.

I recently visited the Subway located in Norton and had a very disappointing experience. The lady named Amber who served me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed annoyed by my presence and rushed me through my order without any courtesy. To top it off, she was cussing and creating a negative atmosphere. She even left a line full of customers waiting while she went outside, leaving us all puzzled. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues.

The manager Amber, seemed to be high on speed and treated our family horribly. She was filthy and disgusting. She is around 40 years old and was talking to her teenage boyfriend non-stop as she was making our food, that she messed twice. I can not believe Subway would hire such a scumbag. Zero stars. I will never be back.

Went and ordered a Italian bmt salad and the young man working, ripped the meat up by hand, instead of cutting it on the board, and then he forgot lettuce. Never again.

Not sure what is happening at this location. I have been to this location 1 to 2 times a week and always get a wrap. It has always come with 4 eggs. Today the new girl says it comes with 2 eggs. Price is the same but only 2 eggs??? She was less than friedly about it! Needless to say I left went 4 miles down the street and got a wrap that came with 4 eggs. This is the second time the same girl has done this. I am not sure if this is a training issue or what. I will not be going back to this location!!

Worst subway ever . I placed a pick up order for buy one get one footing subs they messed the order up . Didn’t even put meatballs or cheese or pepperoni on half . When we paid double for meat and cheese and I walked in to tell them about it and they still messed it up .

Who ever was working was not welcoming at all. Very poorCustomer service. I said Goodmorning she did not acknowledge me except she said what ya want. No smile. You could tell she was not happy to be there. The customers behind saw the same thing. Hope you did not lose customers this
