This place is always messing up orders ordered sausage, crunch wraps, and they gave me nasty wannabe steak I don’t understand how you give somebody steak when the receipt says sausage. I worked in the food industry for a long time somebody needs fired or trained properly and they also need somebody for quality control

It’s a Friday night and the drive through only has one lane open and it’s moving about 10 minutes a car which tells me they don’t have enough staff working

Waited while the guy at the front made 3 orders before I asked if he could cash me out as I had been waiting they need either more employees or capable ones to run front by themselves... Barberton operates better.

We usually hit the drive thru (mostly order thru the app) food is correct and fresh and the staff is friendly and accurate. They couple times I have been inside it was clean

I got food poisoning from eatting here and threw up at work. Will not be coming back.
Went thru the drive thru and lady told me she couldn't take my cash because she just got there and just opened that register? They only cash out at that register they only use the one window? So yea never got my food had to go somewhere else because they wouldnt take cash

Filthy. This is a new location and our second stop there. We went inside both times and it has always been very dirty . There was a ton of staff socializing with each other during our last visit but no one bothered to empty trash, restock condiments or check & clean the restrooms. If the public areas aren’t maintained, what are the food prep areas like?
