good for went there today

First time going to this location this past Wednesday night. We just sat ourselves as no hostess ever came to see us. After sitting down our waitress rudely greeted us. It didn’t seem very busy. We were the only group in the the seating area with the wooden flooring. After we were there for about 20 min another group of 8 people came in and told our waitress they were expecting two more. Our waitress then very rudely and loud enough for us to hear at our table told them, “next time you’ll have to call in ahead of time we’re short staffed” we were astounded to hear our waitress talk this way to another party. Surprisingly this other party stuck around and ordered all they ordered were boneless wings on boneless wing night. Our food was okay the fries were really good and fresh cut. After getting our check we noticed they did not deduct the discount for the half price apps special that was going on. When we brought this up to our waitress she ridiculed us and said everything was going up. Only after asking a second time about the error in pricing did she rudely say she needed her manager. We finally got the pricing corrected. Overall the food the was decent and like I said we really enjoyed the fries. The service is severely lacking this maybe a decent place to go by yourself to have a drink but I would not recommend another family go here. Especially if you have more than 8 guests I’d at least call a head I guess.

So our first time here! Went Tues 6/10 sat down and saw a sign for daily specials. Clearly said Tues wrap and fries 9.99 so we both ordered a wrap and fries. Got our check and was charged 10.99 +.50 for 1 wrap. And 13.99+.50 for the other- menu doe not mention the .50 up charge for a wrap. We questioned the waitress who tried to tell us it was a certain wrap which the sign clearly doesn’t state that. She went back and came back and said she took $4 off and it mention it to her manager. So we were still be overcharged $2 but we decided to pay it and we wouldn’t go back! This is clearly false advertising. Sad because the food was good!

Came in with a group of 23 people. Poor waitress didn't much support from the kitchen.
Therefore service suffered.

Love this place. Food is good and service is great while remaining reasonable in price. It fits all my criteria

Food is way overcooked today, which has happened the last 2 times we was here, waitress is the bartender so we got bad service, wait time is too long when it's almost a empty restaurant.

Absolutely loved everything about Wing Warehouse! Had a birthday party there this past weekend and everyone was incredibly nice! There was an issue with my email and the manager Allison text me to talk about the party, and was absolutely amazing. Emily, our server for the party was very helpful, friendly and out going! The food was delicious! Definitely recommend this place and will be back! Thank you for making our time there amazing!

I recently visited Wing Warehouse, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! The wings were absolutely fantastic—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. They offer a wide variety of sauces, from classic buffalo to some unique options that you won’t find anywhere else. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, perfect for a fun meal with friends or family.
