The food is good, but sometimes the Mac and cheese is cold in the middle maybe 6/10 times, there is one lady there that seems like she's always in a rush and sometimes not as friendly but she still does a good job, the other staff are awesome, it's a good place to have a family
Had a little wait because they were busy but not terrible 7/8 min. Waiter was amazing left the guy a 20 and were talking basic breakfast meals but he was on top of his game. coffee/ drink refills without asking, would get anything extra (syrup, sugar, napkins) instantly. Would have gave him more if we had it. Atmosphere: its Bob Evans its what you expect a Bob Evans to look like.

The Bob Evans in Norwalk is a great place to eat. I love the southwest avocado chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and fresh fruit. The biscuits are wonderful. Our waitress (Kaitlyn) is always friendly and knows just what I like. She always serves our food with a smile. Keep up the good work. ?
