Their coffee and breakfast begals are my favorite, especially for the price! But what's better than cheap? FREE! Their computers were down when my son and I ordered and they gave us our coffee for free! That's customer service!
Ten months ago I left a positive review. The staff were always courteous and food is still pretty good. However, twice now, an incident that happened a few months ago happened again today. Occasionally Dunkin' has specials on a sign before speaker. Today sign stated: order a medium or larger coffee and get sandwich for $3. I ordered a medium cold brew and a sandwich and my order came to $9.65. When I asked why my sandwich was not $3 I was told that special is only for coffee....read full review

They are always busy, and keep moving fast. Got a bagel was very dry evan with cream cheese. The counter person showed me a hack on the dragonfruit refresher, it was fantastic. Always great doughnuts.
