Great quality & very friendly staff, but half the time they’re out of products such as fruits to make a strawberry banana smoothie & they’re monthly limited flavored ice cream. This is june so I thought I would try out the Key Lime Pie icecream but they were out of it & they hadn’t been open an hour. This would be the perfect place they just need to stay better stocked on their products!

I've been here once before and I have had Graeter's elsewhere. The ice cream previously has been outstanding. I usually get the raspberry with dark chocolate chunk. I've also tried coconut with chocolate chunk ?. This time I had a turtle sundae. It was fair. I won't buy it again. While checking out, when the cashier handed me my change, a dollar bill grazed my ice cream. She immediately said I'm sorry, but she didn't offer to remake it. I didn't want to make waves and left. When I stepped outside with my family and described what happened they agreed not to eat it. I went back inside and she remade it and apologized for the incident. It was uncomfortable. It was unfortunate that she didn't offer to remake it immediately.

Great friendly,efficient service. But 13+$ for 3 scoops of ice cream in cups to go borders on the Absurd as far as prices go. The ice cream is good and all but.. hmm. It's not like the place is located in Manhattan. It's in Norwood aka Norhood.. so it's not like I was getting a superb tourist experience.. I live local. Times are tough. But they got me because I paid for a memory with the kiddo. Next time we'll have a Creamy whip memory lol.

Im actually sitting here now because of the cold welcome i recieved. I feel like im protesting, a sit-in, if you will. The lady with the mole was incredibly rude, and everytime o inquired about an item, she threw out a price, like i was some bum on thr street and she was a retailer on rodeo drive! And im going to sit here taking ny time with thisittle scoop until im ready to go. There was no service, i felt like an intruder. I wont be returning to this location. At least, not while she's on shift. She was very pleasant to everyone else, too. Just not me.
