I order from the app food for my son but I am at work I in Clifton and the location changed without me knowing to MLK location I was so disappointed when I realized I called up to the Norwood location and explain what happen and that they he food was for my son she gave me the food I am so grateful for the understanding all the Kilroy locations are completely awesome with great understanding thank you McDonald’s for understanding you guys are the best !!! Great job Norwood...

Tired of getting told to pull around to wait on my food at the curb just for it to come out wrong after waiting 20min. Mcdonalds is supposed to be fast enough to handle the line not just pull everyone around so their times look good on paper, even when there is nobody behind you. Time for new management at this location, it all starts at the top.
