One of the few Taco Bells that hasn't switched to kiosks. They always get my order right, the food is always warm, and the staff is always very friendly! I go out of my way to dine at this location because it is better than all of the other locations around me.
One thing I can say is this location is consistent. Consistently disappointing. They are rude, unprofessional, they never get the orders right, I’m always missing food, they don’t give you a receipt so you can’t prove it… I keep hoping it will get better but it’s reliably terrible. What ever happened to decent customer service? My 8yo daughter (who has Leukemia btw) didn’t even GET the food she ordered tonight. You can tell these wretched people...read full review
Forgot 27 dollars worth of food and denied my refund in the morning, telling me to return at night because they couldn’t verify it.

Based on the reviews, this Taco Bell/KFC combo restaurant offers a mixed experience. The service can be either really good with nice employees and hot, quick food, or hit or miss, with night shifts ranging from rude to hostile, including passive aggressiveness and eye rolling. The food quality is also inconsistent. The soft taco was the best thing ordered, and the chicken was hot and good. However, the black bean Crunchwrap had too much sour cream and was messy. The spicy chicken sandwich was hot and juicy but had too much spicy mayo. A vegetarian Mexican pizza tasted like chemicals and crayons. The cinnamon twists tasted very burnt, like old oil or bad grease was used, making them inedible. Overall, the customer service can be great, but the food quality could definitely be more consistent, and the cooking grease is a concern.
