Waited at the drive thru order kiosk for about 5 minutes, intermittently saying hello to no avail. Pulled up to the window, explained the wait and that we wanted to place an order. The extremely rude young lady cut us off and said we had to go back through the line. She was one of the nastiest customer service person I’ve ever encountered. The manager was no better. If I could give zero stars it would still be too generous. Don’t waste your time at that nasty store!!!
