they have not once gotten my order right, in the many times ive been there.
One of the slowest fast food restaurants in Norwood. Burgers are always cold. So why waste your time.
I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the terrible customer service I received at this Wendy's establishment. I was waiting for about 30 minutes inside the restaurant and, during all that time, no one came to see me or even to ask me what I needed.

Wendy's is a popular fast food restaurant known for its good food and cleanliness. The staff provides very fast service and the food is prepared as ordered. The Frostys are very good and the double stacks are great with large fresh patties, topped well with condiments. The Buffalo saucy nuggs and the mushroom bacon double cheese burger are also available. However, the interior can sometimes be dirty and the staff sometimes requires training, as some customers have experienced issues with their orders. The manager, Tish, is praised for her exceptional service and attention to detail. The restaurant also offers wheelchair accessibility with ramps.
