Gave me wrong drink size and strawberry acai with lemonade in my drink, I am allergic to lemonade. I asked them to remake it they refused. I asked for a refund they refused and accused me of lying.
everything was perfect except they didn't have any cinnamon pull aparts :(

I love this Starbucks! I go there every Tuesday and Thursday before class and it's my favorite way to start the day. Seth is by far my favorite. He always goes out of his way to greet the customers and put smile on everyone's face.

I went to try one of the new fall drinks. I had my daughter on the phone who was telling me the drinks . The cashier was rushing me through my order and ordered the wrong drink. He thought he knew which drink i wanted but didn’t. When I got the drinks, they were disgusting! I asked for them to remake the drinks and he refused! He then gave me the wrong number to call the manager. I was so embarrassed and upset. He gave me a refund but refused to just make the correct drink. I’m very disappointed in him and this whole situation. In this area and store, the treatment of people have been so terrible, it puts a bad taste in my mouth for Norwood.

If I could give 0 stars number one there are no signs telling anyone that they apparently dont accept cash I dont see how you can literally just turn down. Cash when I asked for a manager they said quote we dont have management so apparently no management and no cash registers hmmmmmm?

Constantly understaffed and long waits. I ordered on the app and waited for almost 20 minutes and finally asked if they received my order and they said ordering through the app doesn’t work. So I wasted my time and money and had to wait forever on customer service to get my money back.
We visited this place five days in a row during our Cincinnati trip. The gentleman at the counter was unpleasant and occasionally rude while taking orders. In contrast, the two women who served us later were an absolute delight. The male counter staff needs training in customer service, as he appeared unfriendly and disinterested, especially in a student-heavy area. While the women did an excellent job, we wouldn’t recommend this place overall.

Awesome service and great drinks
i ordered the impossible sandwich, i can’t eat meat due to religion, and was given the sausage egg and cheese, luckily i realized but am still confused how this happened (the bag clearly stated my name and the correct sandwich, i didn’t just grab the wrong bag)

Mobile orders only should be a crime .. I shouldn’t have to share my data with star bucks or a third party to place an order . Every time you sign up for a new service like this you risk your privacy and safety ..this is thirsty , and predatory .

The older man who works here is not kind! He had a complete disregard for my serious food allergies. Here is a picture of strange particles in my drink (probably something I am allergic to). He was very unkind and I saw him yelling at his workers too :/ even the nicest worker I've ever met!! :(
