Graeter's Ice Cream is an amazing ice cream store. I especially love that they have a rotational monthly special flavour. It keeps things interesting, especially when you can try a flavour in different forms (milkshake, cone).
You can ask for samples as well to know what you'd like a full serving of. Staff are also very nice from my experience.

We’ve been here twice and compared to other locations they barely put any ice cream in the cone. I don’t who’s training the employees but very disappointing when you pay 6$ and they put an extremely small scoop and don’t bother to fill the base of the cone.

I’ve had Graeter’s at home for years but never had the opportunity to visit a scoop shop until a recent work trip to Dayton. I was here 3 days and ate at Graeter’s all 3 days. Just go. It’s amazing and the staff is wonderful.

My family goes here at least once a month, and it is always a good experience. The staff if very friendly and helpful, and the ice cream is wonderful! I’d recommend this place to anyone. If you haven’t tried the mango sorbet you haven’t lived yet!

Unfortunately, I came prior to the close of it within 10 minutes and I was not be served with my favorite milkshake and the reason because they are already start cleaning! So why you guys says it still open till 10 pm if you will clean earlier what’s the point I have driven 15 minutes and then I can not be served! This is a very disappointing from Grater’s Ice cream and I don’t believe I will be back here ever. Thanks for making my night.

Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip was good! The texture was a bit softer than what I was expecting based on ice cream making process description on the website. Scoops were big.
