They can’t comprehend a peanut butter chocolate shake. I say “peanut butter chocolate shake made with chocolate ice cream and peanut butter topping”. Their mind stops listening after they hear peanut butter chocolate and just use some gross peanut butter cup ice cream with chocolate syrup. Are these people interviewed before being offered a job? This has happened 5 or 6 times. Only at this location.

This review is not negative to anyone who works at the Oakwood Graeters, nor the store itself. All was fine until I got the cash register and found out a 16 oz. milkshake is $7.25, how crazy is that? Well, crazy enough to make this my last visit to Graeters for the forseeable future. Again, no complaints about the store, just the absurd pricing.

Graeter's Ice Cream is an amazing ice cream store. I especially love that they have a rotational monthly special flavour. It keeps things interesting, especially when you can try a flavour in different forms (milkshake, cone).
You can ask for samples as well to know what you'd like a full serving of. Staff are also very nice from my experience.

We’ve been here twice and compared to other locations they barely put any ice cream in the cone. I don’t who’s training the employees but very disappointing when you pay 6$ and they put an extremely small scoop and don’t bother to fill the base of the cone.

I’ve had Graeter’s at home for years but never had the opportunity to visit a scoop shop until a recent work trip to Dayton. I was here 3 days and ate at Graeter’s all 3 days. Just go. It’s amazing and the staff is wonderful.
