My wife and I frequent Bistro Bella Luna. The food is exquisite. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is great. They keep odd hours and the menu is seasonal, recommend if traveling to call ahead just to be sure they're open.

When we walked into the restaurant there was an overpowering smell of fish coming from the kitchen. Not a good look (or smell). The special of the day was fish, so we had beef snd chicken. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. For the price, I expected all freshly prepared food, but the sauce on my pasta was not. Nicely appointed and had a relaxed vibe, but there are better choices for fresh food in the area.

Food was ok. Wait service wasn't the most attentive but was the only wait staff there, so we had to wait 10 minutes for our check after we asked them for it.
Not blaming the managers for lack of help, but it definitely detracted from the experience.
The owner/manager appeared to be the line cook, too.

Enjoyed a delicious meal of salmon perfectly cooked with an incredible topping with capers, mushrooms and artichokes. Add to this creamy house potatoes and fresh asparagus. So, so good!
