Getting worse all the time. Front door is well lit but our last order was left on the other end near garage. We called because we never saw it was delivered. Then we ordered tonight and it never came. Called and were told it was delivered. Looked and it wasn’t here. They said it was delivered to 155 main St. that is THEIR address. Crazy. They said they were sending it and abruptly hung up on me. Serious problems at this location.

Worse food poisoning. Ate one piece of pizza and knew there was something wrong. Pepperoni tasted funny. We ended up throwing 2 whole pizzas away. And now we all have been sick this past weekend! Thanks!

Terrible experience, no customer satisfaction. Pizza came cold. Wrong salad sent, when I called twice, No one answered the phone. On.every box it says we will.make it right. Over 6.99 pizza and 7.00 wrong salad we were told. WE ARE HANDIAPPED.SENIORS. NOT ORDER AGAIN, TO TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
Always quick with making my food and super friendly, never had a single issue here.
One time they had to remake the sandwich because they said it didn't have enough meat, so they gave me a free 20oz pop while I waited. Very nice people

I just redeemed points to get a free Parmesan bread bite, and a marinara sauce side. After I picked up my food and left the building, the manager sent one of the employees to literally chase me down the street. She Physically stopped me demanding I give the marinara sauce back to her because because they claimed it was not on the ticket, even though they handed it to me in the store with my order. Then she ripped the receipt and sauce out out my hand. I should also say when she came out of the store screaming my name I almost got into an accident, trying to stop my bicycle. I have never experienced anything like this ordering fast food from anywhere. Be very Cautious about anything you order here as they may send someone after you take your food back after you’ve gotten paid for. What a shame and disappointment. I’ll be reporting this to the headquarters and others. I’ve never experienced such embarrassment.

Ordered delivery this evening. After an hour I looked on the "online tracker". To my surprise, my order was delivered. But not here! My wife called, and the worker got an attitude with her saying they had the wrong address on my "pizza profile". We created the profile years ago, we use it regularly to order from them without issue, and the confirmation email they sent shows the right address. So I called trying to give them another chance to make it right, the kid got an attitude with me as well then hung up... then i called back , got a different employee and got a half a$$ apology that I wouldn't accept and hung up on again. I was told the district manager would be in contact to make it right in the morning. Is he going to feed me tonight in the morning?Should have apologized remade the food and sent it back out.

Extremely disappointed with the amount of ingredients on the Philly pizza, there were 2 pieces of green pepper on the whole pizza a very ,very ,small amount of meat, maybe 1 oz- definitely not on every piece and tons of huge onion chunks. We order 1 maybe twice a week and always ask for plates an napkins.... They forgot them . The specialty Pizzas should have adequate ingredients at least a piece on each slice.

This domino's outsourced their telephone ordering to India. It was incredibly difficult to order. Asking for the specials was a foreign question. Very simple questions took a long time to answer. I am disappointed in the direction they decided to go. Pizza was great!!!
