My mom is from youngstown and she stays with me every other month Thursday is the day I take her for pizza when I tell her we're going to Lorenzo's she get so excited She has dementia but remembers she loves Lorenzo's ❤️

My wife and I walked past this place and the delicious aroma drew us in....loved it. Awesome pizza and the meatball app. was perfect. Great flavor, high quality ingredients and fairly priced. Staff was friendly and efficient----worthy of a good tip. Reminded us of a pizza shop from the 80's when pizza used to be good.....and it STILL is at Lorenzo's! Great work---thank you and Bravo!

My granddaughters favorite pizza place to dine at!
The pizza was just ok. The ranch dressing saved my pizza. The pizza missing flavor. Taste really bland even with pepperonis and onions.
The atmosphere was nice as it was family style and just big enough for the area.

We have ordered pizzas from here a number of times and will continue to. I’ve never had a bad pizza or menu item from them. We have even ate some of there take and bake pizzas and they are good as well. One time they had messed up entering a pickup order so it had not even been started when we arrived, and they made it right without being asked and threw in some extras for the inconvenience. Great food, great service. Will continue to support this business.

Lady with ponytail has the nastiest attitude I've ever seen in someone working customer service. Yelling at the workers "don't tell me how to do my job" super trashy. I feel bad for the workers and she needs fired.

Ordered online for 30 minute pickup. When I picked up I was told it would be another 10-12 minutes. I went back 15 minutes later and it still wasn't done. I was told another 6 or so minutes. When I asked for a manager because it had been an hour at this point since I placed the order, he was very rude and very sarcastic. There were at least 5 other people waiting over an hour for food. No explanation for it. The workers were laughing about everyone complaining. I have eaten here several times with no issues but the disrespect at this visit was uncalled for and I will no longer visit this establishment.
