This place is a joke!!! The whole point of “Fast Food” is to be Fast….. don’t come here on lunch unless you plan on spending 30 mins in the drive thru for 2 Mcchickens and a 6 pc nugget just to be told to go sit and wait longer for them to bring it out to you. I’ll never waste my money at this McDonald’s again! I’ll encourage all my coworkers to avoid at all costs also. For now on I’ll start ordering us all Pizza so nobody else is tempted to spend their whole lunch in the Damn Drive thru line! Spend some time hiring if you’re short staffed!

Worst McDonald’s ever been to order had half ate food there in a rush little kids singing all 15 year olds slapping our food together mistaking my order 2 times when calls the order once and sets the food done till I have to ask the manager disgusting and cold

The app didn't want to let me order lunch even after 10:30. Then at 11am . Finally about 11:15 it let me choose lunch.

Ordered a Value meal in Oberlin, when I got my order I went to grab a Fry while waiting on my drink and noticed I received a SMALL Fry?????? I ask gal at window when she gave me my drink and said when did they start giving SMALL fries with Value meal. She said it has been for quite awhile????? Potatoes are not that expensive, along with down sizing everything else it's getting out of hand with the prices. Staff was great...

What a pleasant night crew this McDonalds has. After having an issue with Wendy's down the road it was amazing to see such a great group of kids working. They seemed to be short staffed and that didn't stop them. The individual who took my order has awesome customer service. I dont care for McDonalds food but the customer service they presented was worth more to me than quality of the food. These guys deserve a raise! Bravo 👏
