I ordered a number 8 breakfast meal Saturday morning. The menu clearly states breakfast meals INCLUDE a small coffee. The employee did not ask if I had any other preference so, I assumed it would come with the coffee which is what I wanted. I also ordered an oatmeal , hash brown and large Dr.Pepper for my daughter. My order came without my coffee. When I asked about my coffee the employee argued about it and told me those are just drink suggestions and the meal doesnt automatically come with a coffee. I told her then maybe they should remove the word "includes". She then said "well, we dont make the menu" I told her - ok I need my coffee, so she then walked off and rolled her eyes and shook her head and dissappeared.Finally a nicer brunette young lady with glasses came over and got me a coffee. The point is not really about coffee but rather the rude condescending young lady with glasses and light hair. I thought about asking to talk to the manager but it was early and I just was trying to have a simple nice morning. Might I add if those are just suggestions for drinks she should've asked! The oatmeal ,hash brown and Dr.Pepper were not for me. I would suggest a review of your training. I 've been to a McDonalds thousands of times since the 70's I'm not a stupid old lady. She apparently was having a bad morning and spreading her gloom to everyone else.The little .#*!

This place is a joke!!! The whole point of âFast Foodâ is to be FastâŠ.. donât come here on lunch unless you plan on spending 30 mins in the drive thru for 2 Mcchickens and a 6 pc nugget just to be told to go sit and wait longer for them to bring it out to you. Iâll never waste my money at this McDonaldâs again! Iâll encourage all my coworkers to avoid at all costs also. For now on Iâll start ordering us all Pizza so nobody else is tempted to spend their whole lunch in the Damn Drive thru line! Spend some time hiring if youâre short staffed!

Worst McDonaldâs ever been to order had half ate food there in a rush little kids singing all 15 year olds slapping our food together mistaking my order 2 times when calls the order once and sets the food done till I have to ask the manager disgusting and cold
