My waitress was excellent. My cat was across the street at the Oberlin Animal Hospital so I had hours to pass and she let me eat my food. Then sit. She was so nice. Very nice buffet and clean restaurant. Very well managed establishment! Thanks.

I took my elderly parents on 7/15 for the lunch buffet. We got there right at the prime time of lunch around noon. The sign stated wait to be seated. We stood there for a few minutes and there was one girl who said take a seat and I'll be with you in a couple minutes. She was working the register the dining room and everything else it seemed to like. I felt bad for her. About 15 minutes later she comes over and asks are we dining in or the buffet. I stated the buffet and she said go ahead and get your food I'll bring silverware and drinks over. We got our food and that it was getting cold so I went up to the register to ask for silverware. She was busy ringing people out. The salad bar was empty what she said she would restock. There was no new pizzas or pasta or breadsticks brought out the whole time we were there the food was old and nasty. By this time it was around 1:00 and I asked if she would be bringing a fresh pizza out. Her response was oh we don't do that after a certain time. $37 for 3 people who had crappy service, food and no refills on drinks. Haven't been there in a few years but I guess Pizza Hut is not the same. I will not go back

Ordered from here tonight. Don't order from pizza hut very often. Got 2 pizzas and I have to say they were the best pizza hut pizzas I have had in a very long time.

not necessarily about the resturant but about the phone answering company and delivery service they use. i called to place an order for delivery and was answered by a foreign answering service, all okay of course but later found out that they had gotten half of my order wrong. about 45 minutes into waiting for my order to be picked up by a door dash driver because they do not have their own delivery drivers, my door dasher was coming from amherst to oberlin/wellington. so i called and had my order changed to pick up, upon arrival i found out my pizza had the wrong sauce and i was missing half my order of wings, so i had to wait with half my food while they made the rest of my order i had originally asked for. finally over an hour after i had originally ordered i got home and found none of the toppings on my pizza. the end :)
Lunch buffet was terrible for 11.50 per person Waited 40 minutes for fresh pizza. Had to ask if new pizza would be out soon Super disappointed.. Won't be back
