If someone asked me, where was your best recent dining experience, I would say Pizza Hut - Oberlin, OH. The food was good, but the main reason I share this review is because ALEX our server was AWEWOME! Her personality and energy was amazing and she made us all laugh the entire evening! Dining isn't just about the food, it's also largely about the experience! Thank You Alex for making our experience great and keep up the great customer service!

False advertisement on the pizza buffet,there was none set up. Lot of people coming in for it and turned around and left. Ordered a medium pizza and it wasn't even warm. It was pitiful.

The pizza isn't even worth the price. I argued with the woman at the counter about a coupon that was literally sitting out on the counter for a big dinner box for 23.99(there was a whole stack of them). I was charged 26.99. And then told the coupon was out of date, which you can clearly see by the picture, the coupon doesn't expire until March. But then was told the coupons sometimes aren't correct. Why have coupons sitting out on YOUR countertop if you're not going to honor them?! It's been a long time since I've visited pizza hut and was hoping it would be better this time. I was right to stay away..... Definitely won't be returning again.

I understand being understaffed and not having enough people to work but dam, wait 1 hour to get our drinks and then over 2 hours for food. And some of the things we ordered weren't put into the system correctly. And got the wrong food and the food wasn't cooked. Not going back there unless they get more staff and people that know how to cook pizza and pasta.

I'm 75 and have eaten pizza for 65 years. This last order was the worst pizza I've eaten. A large pepperoni. The edge crust was very large and the cheez & pepperoni area was small. Very little sauce. Crust was hard.. had to throw away some. Never again. Once I ate a pan pizza which was ok.

Says that they are open till 11pm and they were closed at 9pm and i wasn't happy wasting my time going up there for them not to say they were closed. And wasted 40 minutes to drive up there.

The food was garbage and the pizza was under cooked and gross. The lady running the place was coughing on our drinks while pouring them.
I’m not sure why we keep going here. I guess because we’re in a rural town and we don’t have many options. Once I got wings that still had feathers. Most of the time they forget part of the order. I guess we’re just going to have to drive a little further next
