We used Sterks catering for our wedding the testing was great and the wedding even better Shelly truly helped us with knowing our venue and getting to know our dis likes and likes she made things run smoothly and was very helpful. Not a single guest had a complaint about our food and that was one of my husbands biggest concern we’ve been to weddings where the food was either bland or cold with Sterks bbq spread neither was an issue no complaints here Sterks is the way to go and I will recommend them to anyone!!! I have used Sterks to cater a charity golf outing two times now. Last year we did a BBQ menu and it was amazing. This year we did a steak fry with chicken. EVERYONE raved about everything. We had some leftovers and it was just as fabulous the next day !!!!!! Highly recommend the cabbage and noodles and pasta salad as side options. Everything was delicious and fresh.
