Annoying alarm sounding every 15 seconds makes you not wanna dine in

8/2 came in to pick up dinner. The employees were in the back. Finally came up front talking to each other. Still didn't greet me or how I can help you. Finally started making my sandwich I had to repeat several times at this point I just walked out. Making something at home saved me $$$. They were bad mouthing the manager and saying she only does bare minimum. This was around 3oclock today 8/2.

I'm not sure how they're always out of sodas here at this location. it's always something wrong here. whether my sandwich comes out looking like it went through a wood chipper or the unfriendly staff.

Update: 2.5 weeks later, still no contact from ownerPlaced an online pick up order, which showed it was ready for pick up. When I showed up at 5pm there was another customer outside there for his pickup as well and we were both met with a closed sign on the door. Finally got the woman inside behind the locked door to answer the phone. She claimed they were closed and that I had an email saying my order was cancelled ( I didn't, and never did get such an email). I requested the owner call me, which also never happened. Completely unacceptable service and follow-up.

Was shorted a soda. Sent my son in to pick up the order and the clerk told him only one soda was purchased when 2 are clearly on the receipt. Try to use the online order to save time and help the line but I get screwed out of a soda.

This is specifically for the Subway in Oberlin, right next to Oberlin campus.First, and foremost, they offer the veggie patty on their menu. Not many Subway stores in northeast Ohio offer this.The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant, and the store was exceptionally clean, especially for being next to a college campus. I've been to too many restaurants near college campuses that are filthy, and unkempt. (I'm looking at you, Columbus, Ohio)Great place to get a bite, and a friendly environment.Enjoy!!
This store is one of the cleanest on the Lorain county area. The staff very friendly! This store should definitely have more positive feedback

Your normal Subway food but extremely overpriced. The service was unfriendly and young lady seemed to be the only employee working while the other 3 girls were on their phones. Tables were kept clean though.
