Unfortunately there were only 2 people working. They were packed inside and in the drive through so we left. Kudos to the 2 who showed up to work

Worst service I’ve ever had and I’ve gone multiple times because it’s close, they didn’t have enough lemonade for me so they told the worker to just fill the cup with extra ice and every time I go somethings wrong or missing only when the manager is on shift

Bad service and food at this location, go anywhere else save your money.

I went through the drive through. I didn't have a long wait (I was the only person in the drive through) but the workers seemed angry that I was there, they acted very curt. When I did eat my food a few minutes later the fires were cold, my sandwich had no sauce and tasted bad at this location, at least the frosty was good.
I would truly just stay away the food always tastes off and the workers are always rude.

Honestly the worst service Ive ever gotten. Ordered my food from the computer menu. I stood in there for over 10 minutes waiting on my food. No one said hi, no one asked if I needed anything, not a single word. My burger sat completed for 8 of the 10 minutes on the counter, just cooling off i suppose. They realized when they finally checked they had no tenders made, and then decided to make them, so another 6 minutes passed. I ordered at 807pm and didnt get back into my car until 823. Everyone seemed absolutely miserable. No one made eye contact.

I've been in the drive thru for 30 minutes at 10:05 pm and I'm trapped here because it's a door dash order I'm here for. Hope they work out whatever is wrong tonight this is ridiculous

The only thing this location is consistent in serving is sadness and disappointment!!!

The employees habitually seem angry, rude, and high. The food is always cold and sloppy.

After 10 minutes in line I tried to go inside to get my food but they refused to serve me bc I said drive through in the app, I waited another 10 minutes without ever moving and finally had to cancel the order bc I was now late.

How are they even still open at this point?

We have a huge group of people with disabilities. We travel a lot and this has been the best experience we’ve ever had. The staff was so accommodating and we felt so welcome! The manager was incredibly sweet and helpful. We will be coming back again!

IDK if its the owner or the GM but this location has been trash since it opened. Today was a 20 min wait after ordering to get our food. I know Wendy's fries are kinda gross to begin with but the stail, dry potato skins I received after my 20min wait was particularly gross. On the positive side I can see they learned how to heat up the chicken because it wasn't frozen this time. Keep up the little improvements and in a decade or two you will be able to provide people with a little bit of the quality they expect. Nothing against the staff here today because they are working there butts off. I hold the owner of this place responsible. I imagine that person is either non existent or is a complete jerk to work for.
