They're always friendly here and the food is always great. However, the past three times I've used to app to order for pick up, the app will tell me that my food is ready to be picked up, but the employees are completely baffled... Usually trying to get me to pay again after already paying in the app, and them asking me what it was that I had ordered. (Usually it's just cheese fries) Then, I'm asked to pull ahead where I usually sit for a good ten to fifteen...

We had a big group and our food came really quickly and the order was fresh and accurate. The dining area was a little dirty, and the bathrooms needed attention, so I think they were pretty short staffed. We came about 5:30 pm, and we were surprised as we went back to our cars that they locked the doors behind us. (We discovered this when we tried to come back in to go to the bathroom.) It was maybe 6:15. I wondered if they closed the dining room because they were so short staffed?...

I went to the Obetz location. The service was extremely slow, not from a lack of employees , but just the shear lack of motivation. We are inside the floors were gross. There seemed to be a weird smell. We ate quick and got out of there.
