The Original Steaks and Hoagies - Olmsted Township

We tried this place for the first and probably the last time! Music was pretty loud and had a hard time hearing the person taking out order. Person taking our order was either new or just didn't know the food very well when asked questions. The ONLY thing we ordered to get a good rating was the French fries. We ordered onion rings that were over cooked. A pretzel that was so over cooked it was almost like a hard sour dough pretzel. The cheese steak sandwiches look SO good online but they are nothing like what you really receive. Our sandwiches were about the size of a hot dog bun. Mr. Hero has bigger sandwiches. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED in what we received for food.

Don’t call this Philly Cheesesteak. These are glorified grilled cheese with a little meat. I lived in Philly, they take Cheesesteak serious and would embarrass this place. Even the chicken Philly was terrible. Customer service was ok, food is definitely not!

If you order online give yourself at least an hour. Every time I have ordered it will say your food is ready in 30 minutes and when I get to the store I have had to wait at least another 30 minutes for the food to be ready

Clean restaurant and friendly attentive staff. Cheesesteak was good, a little spicy, which was a nice change to what we’re used to. The bun was twice the amount of filling would have been better if it was proportionate. The chicken tenders and fries were more like dry breading and soggy potatoes. Disappointing.

Wow just wow. Take the Philly representation down because this is not that. It's original overpriced trash. I know prices have gone up but the large is barely a regular anywhere else. The seasoning of the meat is blah at best 2 different cheesesteaks should not taste the same. Then 5 onion rings $6 not even a hand full of loaded fries that wouldn't even fill a medium box at McDonald's for almost $10. Plus if you know a real Philly the bread is not that hard omg. We didn't even eat half of the food because it was so bad i wanted to take it back honestly. Spending $40+ at this place will never happen again. I know corner stores in the tri-state area that make better cheesesteaks than this. Save your money you can make better on your own

Had it delivered for a very reasonable price. Food was on time, correct, and delicious. We'll worth the $5 fee.

Nothing special, the food is extremely bland and it tasted old please don’t waste your money on this place. Only gave it two stars because the guy was nice who handed my food to me.
