The shredded chicken had an artificial taste, and the bun was soggy. The ham and cheese sandwich was also served on a soggy bun, and the combination of ham and cheese was unappetizing. Additionally, both sandwiches were lukewarm, despite having waited 15 minutes for our order. We were both looking forward to enjoying some good sandwiches but unfortunately, the quality did not meet our expectations.“
