Was double charged yesterday. When checking out the credit card machine said error, I was asked to re insert my card. Which I did. After leaving I realized I was double charged so I called. I was asked to come back, which I did (I don't live in the area) only to be told when I got there that the charges would be put back on my card after 9pm when the store closed and if not was asked to come back yet again. I have eaten here for years and gotten takeout buffet several times so I know about how much its gonna weigh/cost with what I get. I got about a pound and a half of food between 2 containers. When I came in ai said takeout buffet they said ok. never once mentioning their scale waa broke. I get food and they have me put it on scale then take it off and pick it up and say I do by hand scale broke. $22 I was speechless.
