Last night 9/7 we ordered delivery, pizza arrived earlier than expected actually, it was hot and delicious and our delivery driver was such a sweet lady! Great experience, the best chicken bacon ranch pizza around!

Wife called to order a pizza and they asked for her credit card 4 times and said it kept timing out, then she hangs up on my wife.
Called and asked for the manger and just acted like it was no big deal and didn't even offer to take the order themselves. I always thought East of Chicago had better traing than that.

The employees are very nosy on things that don't even contain to them when I'm talking to someone else rude when you're waiting on your food

I ordered double bacon and pepperoni. I got that on just a few pieces and the rest had hardly any toppings and the crust wasn’t fully baked. It’s so doughy. Really disappointed especially as expensive as it was. Do better!

East of Chicago Orville has the best service around. We used to order from another establishment, then discovered Orrville will deliver to us. Now they are always our first choice- the food is always hot and fresh, and their service is A+. Last night they missed an order of breadsticks in the bag, so we called in to see what happened. "I'll call the driver right now," the manager said. And a moment later she was back on the line. "It was missed in the bag. She's on her way back right now." She was back shortly, apologizing profusely. It really wasn't a problem- but we surely appreciated their attitude! Thank you!
Driver Pulls into my Drive I go to door within seconds as I was watching for him. I am standing at door as he pulls out of drive a leaves. I promptly call East of Chicago in Orrville and was told the driver forgot a drink...Funny that I had no drink on my order. Then whomever I am speaking to at East of Chicago in Orrville Ohio tells me He does not have a cell Phone. WHY in the world would you pull out of my Drive....Go back to East of Chicago to get Other Orders Drink, Then come back to my house to deliver? And Yes it was cold when arrived of course.....Too bad considering I had a $15 Driver tip for him.....GET A NEW DRIVER!!!!!

Placed a order tonight they half hour to 45 minutes. 2 hours later I call. Kid that answered was rude and it's leaving now. Not a happy customer

The food was good. Kinda basic. The staff can't add or subtract without two people and a calculator and me explaining it's carry out so there is no taxes. The future worries me deeply.
