I just had your pizza for the first time, after wanting to try it for the last few months. The flavor was ok. But man alive is it incredibly greasy!!!! I even dabbed it off with a few napkins first. I feel like I’m wearing it now. There’s gotta be something you can do to change that? I’ve had pizzas that are not greasy at all and they’re amazing, especially In flavor. But hey, at least I tried it for this one time??♀️

- Despite the young service crowd, they seem very proficient, EXTREMELY kind, and produce great pizza.- The crust is awesome. I order a custom pizza each time and never have had an issue of anything missing. I also do pick up each time.- Turn-around times for pizza are quick, usually 20 minutes and they are very on-the-ball for any style of delay.- Prices are very fair- Read a few negative reviews, I personally have not had those experiences. I love this pizza place.

TWICE, i have ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. both times i have not received pepperonis. the first time i called and asked if i could get a remake. i took a picture so they could see there was never a pepperoni. i told them i could tell them what time i called exactly so they could find my order. they responded with if i order an additional pizza i could get the pepperonis free. what? i have to pay for a completely different pizza because YOU messed up. i asked to get a call from a head manager or owner because the manager or assistant manager was extremely rude on the phone and i have never received a call. it’s upsetting because i loved gioninos but im not giving ignorant rude people my business.

Hey Guys, you’ve got to figure stuff out. I ordered my food at 5:20 and was told 35 minutes, showed up at 5:50, had to wait 30 minutes and then was given the wrong pizza and to top it off it was a pizza with Onions which I cannot eat.
We get lunch here often and it is always wonderful. The staff is amazing and the food is always fresh and delicious!

I have always ordered the family feast and have always received great service and always got everything I ordered but we ordered the family feast today and didn't get our coleslaw and we called in and the person on the phone said that the delivery driver would drop it off on his way back out and the delivery driver was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!! He said we didn't click on the coleslaw and that he didn't have to bring it back by and that he would not be doing that anymore. I don't know what happened to your customer service but I don't think we will be ordering from you anymore.

I would rank Orrvilles best pizza place through the years. Serving a family of seven we cut straight to the chase and get the party pizza that serves us and provides a few with leftovers in the morning. The sauce is perfectly balanced with seasoning and touch of sweetness. Their cheese is thick and perfectly balances with the hearty crust. When I'm feeling extra I splurge and get a box of jojos to share with the family. They are perfectly crispy and soft inside, one of the best around.
