I love Sure House. The customer service is always excellent. My last two visits have been filled with Autumn Spice Lattes and Cinnamon Cretzels. The Orrville Sure House always seems to have a good mix of people going about their work days together: talking, meeting, and internet surfing with coffee, and I like the low-key vibe that makes the Orrville Sure distinct from the Wooster Sure House.
