Drive through was fast but young lady at the window had all the personality of a wet paper bag. Didn't thank us for bringing our business to them or even wish us a good day; just blankly handed us our food and drinks as if we were inconveiencing her. Drinks were spilled all outside of cups. I'm sure AI robots McDs is experimenting with would have done better. Maybe she was just having a really bad day(?) French fries were hot but nearly all less than 2" and completely unsalted.
This location is normally very Good and there is one worker that even remembers what I order~5 stars for her ! Thankyou so much! Overall great team.However there is an older late middle aged woman that works the drive through. Very poor communication skills and very poor customer service . She cuts you off when you are talking in the drive through, Loves to say the machines are “broken” and it’s not her fault. Overall not impressed with how she handles customers.
